1. Obtain the Tracking Number

  • Check the Orders page 10 days after dispatch.
  • Look for an email or website chat message with your tracking number.
  • Add [email protected] to your address book to avoid emails going to SPAM.

2. Track Your Parcel

  • Go to the DHL website or open the DHL mobile app.
  • Enter your tracking number to get updates on your parcel's status.

3. Resolve Tracking Issues

  • If no information is available, wait and try again later.
  • Without a tracking number, contact your local post office for assistance.

4. Handle Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed, submit a tracing request.
  • Provide your receipt and identification.
  • Specify "glassware" in the contents field when submitting the request.
