Delivery terms

Delivery method

Your order will be delivered by DHL/DPD to a parcel locker in Europe. You can collect it yourself.

Delivery security

All packages are sent from within Europe. They are secure.

Packing security

Parcels are packed in neutral packaging with multiple layers of bubble wrap.

Delivery charges and times

Delivery charges are included in your invoice. They vary depending on the destination country. Packing and dispatch take 7-9 days. Delivery within Europe takes an average of 9 days. Orders are processed within 24-72 hours of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Track & Trace

Each parcel is given a tracking number. It is available 10 days after dispatch on your order page, by email, and in your account.

Collect your package

Use the tracking number to collect your package.

Parcel storage

Parcels will be held in lockers for 15 days before being returned. Collect promptly to avoid problems.

Lost parcel search

If your parcel is late, submit a search request with your receipt and ID. With a delivery guarantee, we will resend your package at our expense.

Order status

• PAID (72 hours) - Awaiting payment.
• IN PACKAGING - Being packed.
• WITH PROBLEMS - Contact us with any problems.
• FOR SHIPPING (7-9 days) - Preparing for shipment.
• SHIPPED - Shipped. Tracking number available within 10 days.

Large order handling

Large orders will be split into multiple packages for shipment.
